1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zcc777 website, registering an Account, logging in, or placing any Bet, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the zcc777 platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zcc777 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

zcc777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of zcc777 Services, Users must register a valid Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the zcc777 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds held therein.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. zcc777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must promptly notify zcc777 if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or a breach of your login credentials by contacting us at the details provided in Section 15.
• zcc777 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the zcc777 platform:

• zcc777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are displayed in the deposit section of your Account at the time of transaction.
• All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates for non-PKR instruments are determined at the time of the transaction and may vary.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of the deposit request. These limits may be adjusted by zcc777 at its discretion.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified payment method in the Account holder's name. zcc777 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• zcc777 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where: (a) Account verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or (c) the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation.
• You are solely responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs levied by your payment provider. zcc777 does not charge internal withdrawal fees unless specifically stated.
• Funds deposited into your zcc777 Account must be derived from lawful sources. zcc777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds at its sole discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All Bets placed on the zcc777 platform are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• A Bet is confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the zcc777 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. You cannot cancel or amend a Bet after confirmation unless specific in-play or cash-out features permit it within stated timeframes.
• zcc777 reserves the right to void any Bet — and return the staked amount — where: (a) the Bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the relevant event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned in circumstances covered by the applicable sport rules; or (c) technical malfunction affected the integrity of the Bet acceptance process.
• Maximum payout limits apply per Bet and per event. These limits are specified within the relevant betting markets. zcc777 will not pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout regardless of the odds at which the Bet was accepted.
• Any Bet placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity will be voided, and the associated Account may be permanently suspended.
• In cricket markets, the settlement of in-play and pre-match Bets is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). zcc777 may use its own settlement procedures for markets not covered by official rulings.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, zcc777 may offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits to Users. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

• Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by eligible players. zcc777 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other Users.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable to a bonus, must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• zcc777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already credited to a User's Account shall remain subject to the original terms under which it was granted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the zcc777 platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or during use of the Services.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to place Bets, access the platform, or interact with any zcc777 Services in a manner not explicitly authorised.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the zcc777 platform, including manifest pricing errors in betting markets. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal or unlawful activity through the zcc777 platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or circumventing geographical restrictions through VPNs or similar technologies for the purpose of accessing Services not available in your jurisdiction.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed toward zcc777 staff or other Users via any communication channel.

Breach of any of the prohibitions in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds pending investigation, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, logos, trademarks, software, and materials available on the zcc777 platform — including but not limited to the zcc777 brand name, logo, website layout, game interfaces, and written content — are the intellectual property of zcc777 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zcc777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or any commercial exploitation of zcc777 content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zcc777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content published on the zcc777 platform, which is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
• Third-party payment provider failures, delays, or errors that affect the processing of deposits or withdrawals to or from your zcc777 Account.

Nothing in these Terms limits zcc777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor.

• At the User's own request for Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any confirmed Funds remaining in the Account (net of any Bets voided due to a breach) will be returned to the User via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zcc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
